What is a PSL, CSL, COA, SBL?

Seat Licenses have many different acronyms. Personal Seat Licenses (PSL), Charter Seat License (CSL), Charter Ownership Agreement (COA),or Stadium Builder License (SBL), give the owner the right to buy season tickets for a defined seat in a stadium. The owner can sell the seat license if they no longer wish to purchase season tickets. Most seat licenses are valid for as long as the team plays in the current venue.

What are the benefits of owning a PSL?

PSL Ownership provides the PSL owner the right to purchase Season Tickets every year. The only alternative way to acquire season tickets to your favorite team is to buy them from another PSL owner or broker, most often at much greater prices than that paid by the PSL holder.

What is the estimated time frame for completing a transaction?

Why do I have to be a PSL Marketplace member in order to list inventory on PSL Marketplace?

PSLM wants to ensure that all listings on our site are from genuine PSL owners. As a member, we collect your contact information, as well as other data, which in turn allows the staff at PSLM the ability to confirm the authenticity of the listing on our Marketplace.

How Much Are The PSLM Transaction Fees?

PSL Marketplace charges Sellers an industry low transaction fee of 2.5%, and Buyers are charged a 5% fee. PSLM does not have a minimum transaction fee. PSLM buyers are responsible for paying all transfer fees required by the Ticket Office to process the transfer.
