PSLM works hard to provide a safe and secure way for fans to easily buy and sell their seat rights. This online marketplace provides the unprecedented ability for customers to purchase seat rights in real time. PSLM gives the buyer the opportunity to skip season ticket waiting lists and become a season ticket holder right now. The two sections below explain how the process works.

Step One: Begin a Search
The buyer begins their process by selecting which team they'd like to purchase a PSL or equivalent sear license for. This then presents the user with a full, sortable listing of available PSLs for that team.

Step Two: Filter Results
Once the buyer is presented with a full listing of PSLs they now have the opportunity to further filter results to match their exact criteria. This includes specifying parking, the number of seats they requires and a preferred section.

Step Three: Make an Offer
Once the buyer finds a PSL that matches their criteria they can approach a potential purchase in one of two ways. They can either offer a full price offer, which will immediately reserve the requested PSLs, or submit a lower offer which will place the PSLs under offer (but not reserve them) and begin the offer review process.

Step Four: Arrange Payment
When either a full price offer is submitted or a below full price offer is accepted by a PSL seller, a PSLM representative will contact the buyer to arrange for payment. PSLM accepts a variety of payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and bank wire. Once payment is received by PSLM we begin the PSL transfer process prior to releasing funds to the buyer.

Step Five: RECEIVE PSL TRANSFER
Once funds have been received by PSLM and we have completed facilitating the PSL transfer process your PSL documentation will be received via registered courier along with any purchased tickets and parking passes (if applicable).

Step One: Create a Listing
In order to Create a Listing on PSLM, you must first Create an Account. From the My Account page, click on Create Listing. Enter the basic information about your PSLs. Your Minimum Best Offer is the Minimum Price from which you are willing to consider offers and begin Negotiations. If you are not open to Offers, please set your Minimum Best Offer Price equal to, but not greater than your Buy It Now Price. Sellers must also choose what multiples they are willing to sell their PSLs. Pricing is PER EACH PSL.

Step Two: PSL Verification
To protect the Integrity of PSL Marketplace, a PSLM Representative will Verify the details of all PSL listings on the site. Safety & Security of the Marketplace is PSLMs #1 Objective. In the event that a PSLM Representative is unable to Verify the Ownership of your PSLs, we may ask the Seller for Proof of Ownership and/or ID Verification. PSLM does not allow Sellers to list PSLs they do not currently own. PSLM is a Real Time Marketplace, all listings are verified for Authenticity.

Step Three: ACCEPT OFFER, DECLINE OFFER, COUNTER OFFER
If a buyer elects to Buy It Now With PSLM 100% Guarantee, you the Seller will receive an e-mail notification that your PSLs have been SOLD. When a buyer places a Best Offer, the seller has three choices: Accept, Decline or Counter Offer. Offers are Valid for 72 Hours from the time they are submitted. step Four: TERMS OF AGREEMENT
After your PSLs are sold on PSL Marketplace, PSLM will confirm the Terms of the Sale with both the Buyer & Seller. Like any Reputable Escrow Company, PSLM will hold the buyers payment until future fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Terms of Agreement between the Buyer & Seller. This creates a Safe & Secure marketplace and allows PSLM to offer the 100% PSLM Guarantee. All outside transaction/s arranged between the buyer & seller are not the responsibility of PSL Marketplace LLC.

STEP FIVE: BUYER PAYS PSLMARKETPLACE.COM
Upon Acceptance of the Terms of Agreement, the seller will wait to be notified by a PSLM Representative to complete the transfer, until the buyers payment is received in Full..

STEP SIX: TRANSFER IS COMPLETED BY TICKET OFFICE
Upon receipt of payment from the Buyer, PSLM will contact the Seller to complete the transfer between the Buyer & Seller with the Ticket Office in question. All Transfer Forms, Contact Information, Government Issued ID etc. will be provided to the Seller in order to promptly complete the transfer. In some cases where the transaction involves a large dollar amount and/or is time sensitive PSLM will supply a pre paid Fed Ex air bill via fax or e-mail to the Seller.

FINAL STEP: TRANSFER VERIFIED & COMPLETED, ALL TERMS FULFILLED, PSLM PAYS THE SELLER
Upon receipt by PSLM of all relevant documentation required throughout the entire transfer process and successful confirmation with the Ticket Office that all required forms have been received, PSLM will Immediately Courier the Seller a check in full payment for their PSLs sold on PSL Marketplace.

TRANSACTION FEE
PSLM does not have an annual membership fee. PSLM charges a 2.5% Transaction Fee to all Sellers upon the completion of a successful transaction on PSLM. The amount will be deducted from the total payout to the seller. PSLM unlike most marketplaces, does not charge a minimum transaction fee, we welcome any and all transactions of any amounts. PSLM buyers are always responsible for transfer fees charged by the Ticket Office related to the transfer of PSLs in which they have purchased.
